If you are a Public Employee in Wisconsin, are you looking at early retirement?

Several public employees in Wisconsin have been scheduling appointments with Financially Speaking to see if they can retire early.  Some employees are more fortunate than others if they have little or no debt and have significant dollars in liquid savings accounts to access, if needed.  If you do not have any type of liquid savings, aside from retirement accounts and are under age 59 1/2, what type of income sources do you have available to you?  Do you plan on getting another job if you retire early?
